Aline Hawsey, 94, of Port Arthur died Friday March 5, 2010 in Port Arthur, Texas. Aline was born November 17, 1915 in Port Arthur, Texas to John Raymond Hollander and Armotine Belander Hollander. She was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur. Funeral services will be held Tuesday March 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Jesse Brannen of The United Methodist Temple officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Aline was preceded in death by her loving husband Lincoln A. Hawsey and brother Raymond J. Hollander. Survivors include her daughter, Jean McLaughlin of Groves; three grandchildren, Kathy Owens and husband Mike, Kyle McLaughlin and wife Lisa, and Keith McLaughlin; seven great grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler, and Ashlyn Owens, Meagan, Logan, and Jamie McLaughlin, and Timothy Gracia, and special friend and caregiver Ida Atkins.
