Heartfelt condolences to the Thompson Family. One of my fond memories is from 1992 when Alletta accepted the local Quota Club's honor of WOMAN OF THE YEAR. Al Caldwell was master of ceremonies for the banquet and it was a fun filled night to say the least. She was a very humble, genteel lady and we will never know all the wonderful generous but so often anonymous contributions she made to our community.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Losing someone we love is heartbreaking. Please know that others care and that God(Psalm 83 vs eighteen) is close to the brokenhearted, Psalm thirty four vs 18.

I did not know Alletta personally - only through the eyes and heart of my granddaughter, Sarah Pace, who has been her Home Health nurse for many months. Her kindness, cheerfulness, words of wisdom, and ever-present positive attitude will be sorely missed by Sarah. And, I will be forever grateful for her blessings. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
