Alma Loraine Odom

Alma Loraine Odom, 95, of Groves died Friday, September 21, 2012 at Oak Grove Nursing Home in Groves, Texas. She was born on November 23, 1916 in Mt. Zion, Louisiana to Elmore Webb and Mahala Allen Webb. Alma was a lifelong resident of Groves and a member of Abundant Life Sanctuary. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 24, 2012 at Noble Cemetery in Noble, LA. A visitation for family and friends will be Sunday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Alma was preceded in death by her husband, James Darrell Odom, Sr. and her grandson, Kevin Odom. She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Goudeau and family of Groves, three sons, James Odom and wife, Nancy and family of Groves, Max Odom and wife, Phyllis and family of Groves and Joe Odom and wife, Ruth and family of Nederland, sister, Doris Ford of Leesville, LA., eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
