Dearest Phoebe, I’m the Dianne Thompson from Port Neches, who was your classmate in high school-Actually Dianne Marie; whereas, ur classmate from Groves was Marilyn Dianne Thompson. Bless your heart, you’ve had your mother for a long time; how wonderful! I lost mine in 1994 at 80 yrs young:) My sincere condolences to all. When you lose your mother, you lose your first best friend. It hurts at any age but if she was suffering, it’s easier to let her go ahead of you for you know you will be reunited when you go to heaven. Keep your precious memories close to your heart. Sincerely w/love, Dianne Marie Thompson Hollier-PNG ‘60 now of Magnolia, Texas.
