Amanda Kay Brugmann Fontenot, AKA Mrs. Amanda Fontenot, Mandi, and “BRAT” Beautiful Radiant And Talented.

Amanda was born April 21, 1975 to Sharon and Michael Brugmann in Champaign, Illinois. She passed away while in a local hospital under wonderful care on March 12, 2018. Amanda leaves love imprinted on Preston Fontenot Jr. (husband), Sharon (Coon) Moore (mother), Shirley Brugmann (grandmother), Brandi Murray (sister), Joyce Brugmann (extra mother), daughters- Brooke Aylor Stuart (Christian), Jessica Aylor, and first grandchild Christian Stuart Jr. Her special interests was her dog whom she loved dearly and she adored the beach as well.

A host of friends and family that include all the Fontenot family, Greg Brugmann’s family, Carol Rambin and family, George W. Coon, Jr. and family. Amanda’s best friends, Ella Daigle, and forever friend Tim Bean. The Coon Family, Court Family, and many more have been touched by her life.

Thanks be to God for the peace that passes understanding, His will be done, and her race is won.

Amanda was such a beautiful soul!! Her spirit was unbreakable and she was a true inspiration and that's the Amanda I will always remember, she never stopped fighting and nothing I can say can take your grief away , just know she was loved.

Preston and Sharon, I can't begin to tell you how much I'll miss Amanda's radiant smile. She was determined, kind, loving and always encouraging. She never met a stranger..., there are no truer words. I am thankful we had become friends although life took us in different directions. She most certainly has left love with all of us who have been so fortunate to have known her. I find comfort knowing she is whole again in the arms of our Savior. I can only imagine... she's dancing at the feet of Jesus! I could not ask for more for my friend Amanda. We love you Preston and Sharon. May God's peace and comfort continue to surround you.
