We lived next door to the Martinez family for many years when I was growing up. This precious family treated me as one of their own. This women had a heart like no other. She is surely rejoicing in heaven and her reward is surely great. We will see her again. You are all in our prayers.John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you not as the world gives do I give to you. We all have fond memories of Mrs. Martinez, especially our daughter Ana. We always spend time in Nederland during the summer, and Ana remembers looking out the window to see if Scooter was at Mrs. Martinez door. This would indicate that Mrs. Martinez was home and Ana could go over and play the organ with her. She was always very welcoming and we all enjoyed spending time with her. We will dearly miss her.
