I am so sadden by Andy’s passing. I have known Andy since I was about 15 when I dated my husband Wally. Andy and Wally, along with a large group of neighborhood boys have had a lasting friendship since they were young boys. We all went in different directions after we all got married and had families. However each and every time we seen Andy and Nancy it’s like time never left us. Andy and Nancy were a strong shoulder for me when Wally was struggling his last week here and since his journey home. I know in my heart Wally was probably beside himself to see his buddy Andy coming thru those gates!! Nancy I feel your heart and I will continue to pray for you. You were very blessed to have Andy’s love cause it was very apparent that he adored you. Sending you a big hug and lots of love. Always your friend Dianne Landry

I always considered Andy to be a good friend and a great person. Unfortunately because I have lived in Florida for 30 years we had lost touch. Strangely he has been on my mind for the last couple of months, but I was unable to locate him. The day I was at Jefferson County Airport waiting to board my flight for my first leg to Vietnam Andy was getting off of the plane, returning from his Tour in Vietnam, I was to board. We hugged and he took me aside to give me some advice so that I could survive that terrible War. I have repeated that story many, many times and it could be that his advice allowed me to return. I will always be grateful for that. Andy will be missed by me and many others. My condolences and sympathy to his family, friends, and all whose life he touched. May God Bless us all, we have lost a fine man. Rest in Peace, Andy. Your Brothers now have the Watch. Thank you for your Service to our Country. You will always be in our hearts and minds. We will continue to love you. Leonard Wood

Andy was a close friend of my brother Billy (whom joined our Lord at 49). In the younger days of our adventures of life, pool games and hamburgers by Ms Gladys I got to run around with them in Andy's classic old car. We would ride the drag, go swimming and just hangout as teenagers. He was a dear friend, and funny, he always was a fun man to enjoy a lifetime of friendship with. May Gods Grace be with families with remembering his memories of love will always be in your hearts. Rest In Peace Andy
