Anna Rose Whitehead, 81, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away in Brackettville, Texas on April 2, 2009. She was born October 10, 1927 in Colorado City, Texas to the late Thomas A. and Minnie M. McCarty Driggars. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Port Arthur. She was also a member of Eastern Star Lodge 953 where she was the past Matron of Eastern Star of Groves.She was the beloved mother of Tony Whitehead and wife, Donna of Groves and Ginger Keyes and husband, Ricky of Brackettville, Texas cherished sister of Jerry Driggars and wife, Audrey of Forth Worth, Roger Driggars of Port Arthur, and Betty Whitehead of Nederland and cherished grandmother of Ricky Keyes, Jr. and wife, Jill., Paul Whitehead and wife, Ashley, Chris Keyes and wife, Cyndi, and Kevin Keyes and seven greatgrandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents beloved husband, Henry Whitehead and two brothers, Junior and Keitha Ray Driggars.A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, April 4th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.Funeral services will be Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, Rev.
