We have lost a wonderful, Christian lady who was my last living Aunt. Aunt Annie was a sweetheart, always smiling, being gracious, and making everyone feel welcomed and loved. During lent when the Knights of Columbus were preparing their famous gumbo and Uncle Alvin was ill, church members delivered gumbo to them, and Aunt Annie had a cake prepared for them to sell. That realty said a lot about her dedication to her church and to her faith. She and Uncle Alvin instilled in their children the same CHristian values. RIP, Aunt Annie. You deserve it.

What a glorious heavenly reunion is taking place. Aunt Annie, the last McBride in the huge McBride/Devillier family has come home. She's joined by all of her brothers and sisters and her daughter,Peggy and loving husband, Uncle Alvin. Aunt Annie was the sweetest person alive, always smiling. She never failed to recognize me although she had, literally, dozens of nieces. She was a role model for us all and her beautiful smile will be missed. Deepest condolences to the family.

God brought another Angel home. Alvin and Peggy were waiting on you to join them in the Kingdom of Heaven. I can just see their faces as they show you all the marvelous things God has promised all who believed upon His Son Jesus. What a grand reunion awaits you Annie. Though you are gone, and will be missed, I can't help but smile. You are Home Annie. Tell my wife Peggy I love and miss her deeply. I love you Annie.
