Anthony "Tony" John Arisco, Sr., 96, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at his residence. Anthony was born June 25, 1922 in Port Arthur, Texas to Charlie Arisco and Mamie Palermo Arisco. He was a lifelong resident of this area and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Port Neches. Anthony retired from DuPont Orange as a Draftsman with 40 years of service. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Michael Procella officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at the funeral home. Anthony was preceded in death by his first wife, Olive Arisco, brother, Joe Arisco, sister, Marie Roccaforte, and grandson, Damon Fears. Surviving relatives include his beloved and devoted wife of 32 years, Margaret Arisco of Port Neches, Texas; 3 daughters, Vickie Fears and husband Bill of Groves, Texas, Mia Burd and husband Terry of Beaumont, Texas, Phyllis Hoffpauir and husband Scott of Port Neches, Texas; 3 sons, A.J. Arisco, Jr. and wife Julie of Lumberton, Texas, Davey Bowman and wife Diana of Celina, Texas, Buddy Arisco and wife Mollie of Lewisville, Texas; sister, JoAnn Arisco of Warren, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and 1 more great-great grandchild on the way. Knew him about 55 years ago when I was playing baseball and he was a coach. I think my brother Donald actually played on the team. What a wonderful time it was growing up in that area in the late 50's and 60's. Sorry to hear of your loss. Thoughts and prayers to all.
