Arlen P. Rouly, 64, of Groves, Texas passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012. Arlen was born October 18, 1947 in Port Arthur, Texas to Francis P. Rouly and Velma Mae Breaux Rouly. He was a lifelong area resident and retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service. After his retirement from the Air Force he was employed by the City of Port Arthur Police Department. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis P. Rouly and his brother, Reverend Marcy J. Rouly. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Carol Rouly of Groves; mother, Velma Rouly of Port Arthur; daughters, Tracy Knight and husband, Howard of Houston, Jennifer Comeaux and husband, Scott of Pearland; he is also survived by four sisters and six grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
