Arthur Joe Gentry, 51, of Port Neches, Texas died Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Arthur was born October 29, 1959 in Beaumont, Texas to George I. Gentry and Henrijo Frances Nelson Gentry. He was a lifelong resident of Port Neches and a member of Ridgewood Church. He was a used car salesman and also worked in construction. He was an avid fisherman. Services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Dustin Guidry officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the funeral home. Surviving relatives include his mother, Henrijo Pratt of Port Neches, Texas; sons, Blake Gentry and Dillon Gentry both of Nederland, Texas; sister, Becky Pratt of Crystal Beach, Texas; five brothers, Mark Gentry of Montgomery, Texas; Todd Gentry of Port Arthur, Texas; Chris Gentry of Groves, Texas; Greg Pratt of Lumberton, Texas and Ronnie Pratt of Cottage Grove, Minnesota and numerous nieces and nephews.
