Audie Mae Smith, 87, of Port Neches, Texas passed away April 27, 2011 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. She was born in Mitchell, Louisiana on March 2, 1924 to the late Gordon and Verdie Price Barnhill. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Port Neches.She is survived by her daughter, Carol Ann Smith of Port Neches and 2 granddaughters, Abby Woodrick of Port Neches and Sara Romero of Seattle, Washington.There will be a private internment at Oak Grove Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana.
