Barbara Lynn Biggs, 67, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at the Medical Center of SETX in Port Arthur.

Barbara was born in Detroit, Michigan, on May 12, 1956. She was the daughter of George Biggs III and Lowana Cradier Biggs. Barbara was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Port Arthur, Texas.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Biggs.

Barbara is survived by her sons, Jason Biggs of Wichita, Texas, Timothy McWilliams of Port Arthur, Texas and Danny Bevins and wife, Brittany of South Bloomingville, Ohio; a daughter, Dawn Collins and husband, Billy of DeRidder, Louisiana; 13 grandchildren, Annalise, Anthony, Dennis, Emilee Grace, Hailee, Jacob, James, Kayla, Mia, Nakita, Parker, Skylar and Zoe; 1 great granddaughter, Hazel; sisters, Darla Kay of Baytown, Sheryl Ann of Mauriceville and Jessie of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and a host of other loving family and friends.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas with the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Kyle Trahan. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.

Barbara you are a dear friend . I’m so thankful for the recent video chats. Over these past 15 years we have shared in many phone call’s ,milestones ,heartaches & accomplishments. I have millions of memories of our times together but they were mostly all great but a couple are the way she took good care of momma and thank you so so much for that . The second one is the way my grand daughter Kambrie loved her so so much. She always wanted to go to Aunt Bobbas she is really Guna miss ya. I don't even know where to start. So many memories. You came into my life when I was lost. You helped guide me, give me great advice, and a whole lot of let's go have fun and forget what isn't important. I will never forget you and I'm glad we stayed in contact throughout the years.
