Remembering my Nana and how much I loved that crazy old lady: She kept her bread in her oven, her sink didn't drain and she LOVED butterscotch fudge (even though as a diabetic she shouldn't have eaten any). I remember as a child going to the radio station with her on Sunday mornings and eating McDonald's hotcakes as she told bible stories on the air. As a teenager I was her shopping buddy because I could get things off the top shelf for her. And every holiday season I'd go over and make the fudge she'd give to friends and family.
