Barbara Elaine Streetman

Barbara Elaine Streetman, 85, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Rose Place Assistant Living. Elaine was born February 11, 1938 in Nederland, Texas to Samuel and Elizabeth Streetman.
Elaine was independent, a survivalist and proficient in firearms. She was a competent artist and considered commercial art as a profession. Elaine received her bachelor’s degree in secretarial science and retired from Ameripol Synpol in 1999.
Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Kirtis Streetman and Elizabeth (Dewit) Streetman.
Those left to cherish Elaine’s memory are her beloved brother, Russell Streetman and his wife, Pamela Ann of Mobile, Alabama.
Cremation services are under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home. The family will have a private Memorial Service for Elaine at a later date.
