Barry's passing is a shock and so sad. In our youth group he was always a positive supporter to Lori and me. What great times we had at so many events. I am so sorry to hear that his wife has joined him so quickly, but I pray that her sorrow has changed to rejoicing as she joins him in realms of heavenly light.

I am so sorry for the loss of Barry. Although he was older than me, we hung out together after high school. Barry would come by my apartment in PA and would just hang out with all our friends. He was "one of the guys", and we always had that PA bond. We didn't know it for a long time, but we worked at Lockheed Martin together. He found me there, and I'm so glad we had that time together. He was a good worker and everyone had a very high regard for him. That's not surprising to me at all! He was a good Port Arthur boy and represented all of us from our hometown with pride and distinction. Again, my sincere condolences, -Scot Sappington

Barry was my neighbor on Brazos in Port Arthur for many years. Haven't seen or talk to him for many years until a few weeks ago. He called my place of employment and when I saw Barry Boston on the caller ID I knew there couldn't be another. It was a joy to talk to him after all these years. Everyone at McCorvy Tax Service send our condolences .

"Hey Bud!" Barry, I've heard it from you for years as soon as you stepped into my office. You would always follow it up with a funny story or an update on the latest sporting news. It saddens me to know that I won't be able to look up and see that Boston Red Sox hat and green cup walking through my door anymore. Lockheed has lost a great worker and I have lost a great friend. Rest In Peace Bud.

Barry was like a brother to me. He taught me to drive in his little yellow truck. I admired and looked up to him. He was adored by his loving mother May Belle and father John. Their reunion must be quite a celebration! I am sorry for the loss of both Barry and Joanie but am certain that we will join them in Paradise one day. I pray for comfort for the surviving family and morn these two special people. I pray for God to comfort you.

I have many fond memories of Barry and I growing up in PA - thousands of beach trips, driving the drag, late night poker games, numerous fishing trips, being room mates at ACU and plotting ways to cut class and making the hundred plus drives to Junction, and many more that can't be written. Good man with a great moral character and caring heart. You will be missed but I know you are home at last. Adios my friend.

Barry spent countless hours at the Moore house in our younger years. That is until a sweet young lady entered the picture. He was a perfect match for Joanie. After they married and moved to Fort Worth our paths didn't cross very often. Time and distance didn't matter...I always considered them great friends. Rest in Peace my friends, Rest in Peace
