Beatrice Marie DeCuir Waddell, 78, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Houston Methodist West Hospital in Katy, Texas. Beatrice was born June 26, 1940 in Abbeville, Louisiana to Leonce Joseph DeCuir and Ann Polumbo DeCuir. She was a resident of Katy, Texas for 5 years and a former resident of Nederland/Port Neches, Texas. She was a retired Au Pair and a member of the Baptist faith. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Scott Bertrand officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents, L.J. and Ann DeCuir, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Surviving relatives include 4 daughters, Sheila, Cynthia, Jackie, and Susan, 2 sons, Harry and Russell, 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
