Belinda Carol Foulk Belinda Carol Foulk, 60, of Port Neches, Texas died Thursday, September 18, 2014 at M.D. Anderson in Houston, Texas. Belinda was born November 20, 1953 in San Augustine, Texas to Winfred and Pat Wright. She was a resident of this area for most of her life and a member of First United Methodist Church Port Neches, Promises Sunday School Class, and served as a volunteer for C.A.S.A. (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for children. She was a secretary for Bailey/Buchanan Masonry with 34 years of service. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 22, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Port Neches with Dr. Wesley Welborn officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home Port Neches. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, September 22, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the church. Surviving relatives include her husband, Bill Foulk of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, Amy Zampini and husband Rodney of Tomball, Texas; son, David Foulk and wife Amy of Port Neches, Texas; sister, Betsy Burnett of Port Neches, Texas; brother, Rusty Wright and wife Sylvia of Port Neches, Texas; four grandchildren, Jacob, Abby, Laikyn, and Luke, and numerous nieces and nephews.
