I have many good memories of working with Bessie at Port Arthur ISD and the many parties we had that included her cornbread dressing!

Bessie was my mother in law for 28 years, she was the most giving woman, to her kids and daughter in laws and grandkids. I loved her potato soup, anytime I was sick she would always make me a pot of potato soup and bring it over. But she was probably best known for her "ROLLS" she made the best. I loved the way she would make up games for the kids. I think their favorite was the treasure hunt. She will missed by so many. Praying for my kids as well as the rest of the family.
