Betsy Ann Burnett, 56, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at home surrounded by her loved ones. Betsy was born February 23, 1961 in Beaumont, Texas to Winfred Ellis Wright and Pat Bragg Wright. She was a lifelong resident of this area and a Paraprofessional at Port Neches-Groves ISD with nineteen years of service at the West Groves Early Learning Center. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church Port Neches and Southeast Texas Circle of Hope. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church with Deacon Ivan Watson officiating. Entombment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Betsy was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-nine years, Riley Burnett. Surviving relatives include her two daughters, Britney Williamson and husband Ben of Nederland, Texas; Meagan Burnett of Groves, Texas; son, Bryce Burnett and wife Shannon of Groves, Texas; brother, Rusty Wright and wife Sylvia of Port Neches, Texas; grandchildren, Joely Kate Williams, Riley Williams, Wyatt Williamson, Beau Burnett, and Bryley Burnett, and dear friend, Shannon Ratcliff of Groves, Texas.
