Betty Jean Eldridge

Betty Jean Eldridge, 83, of Lumberton, Texas passed away November 2, 2020. She was born in Texas City, Texas on October 8, 1937 to the late William Bill Lawrence and Rosalie Lawrence. Betty retired as a Loan Officer for Wells Fargo. She was a devoted member of First Baptist Church in Nederland and attended the First Baptist Church in Lumberton. Betty was a devoted and loving mother, wife, and grandmother.

Those left to cherish Betty’s memory are her sons, Wade Eldridge and wife, Laurie of Nederland and Rex Eldridge of Lumberton; her grandchild, Shanna Eldridge and her husband, Marco Fiorilo; her great grandchildren, Enzo and Frankie Fiorilo; and her sister, Darlene Ware of Lumberton. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Byron Gale Eldridge.

At this time there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, Salvation Army, or American Parkinson Disease Association.
