Betty Jo Fulton

Betty Jo Fulton, 89, of Groves, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Clairmont Nursing Home in Beaumont, Texas. Betty Jo was born November 19, 1928 in Dallas, Texas to James "Hugee" Freeman and Evie Fitzgerald Freeman. She was a resident of Groves for 51 years and member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Omar L. Fulton of Groves; three daughters, Mary Defee and husband Mike of Orange, Jolane Bedford and husband Reagan of Groves, and Faye Fulton of Bella Vista, AR; five grandchildren, Michael Defee and wife Mallory, Jenny Cassidy and husband Andy, Kate Smith and husband Eric, Brian Bedford and wife Teryn, and Anna Stanley and husband Reagan; and great-grandchildren, Livi, Allie and Maddie Smith, Julia and Lucy Cassidy, and Lane Bedford. A visitation for family and friends will begin at 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 8, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Mr. Michael Williams of Nederland Avenue Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland.
