It is still hard for me to believe you are gone. Sweet lady I will miss you. I will miss your sweet smile and your laugh. Your cooking, especially that wonderful rice dressing. I know we all have your recipe but no one can make it like you. If you see my daddy and my brother give them a hug from me. I will always treasure my memories of you. Rest In Peace Aunt Betty. I love you!!

There is a hole in the world with the passing of Betty East. She was such a sweet, kind, caring, and strong woman with a beautiful, loving family. I am blessed to have known Betty for more than 50 years and consider her a 2nd Mom. Her daughter Jane and I are best friends. I will always treasure the memories from our California and Texas days. Rest in peace Betty. Love with all my heart, Diana
