Betty J. Rogers Betty J. Rogers, 78, of Groves, Texas passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2010. She was born January 5, 1932 in Abbeville, Louisiana to James Delcambre and Evelyn Hebert Delcambre. She was a resident of Groves for 45 years and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ben M. Rogers and mother, Evelyn Delcambre. Survivors include her son, Bradley J. Rogers of Groves, TX; brother, James Delcambre and wife, Mary Nell of Abbeville, LA; grandson, Coby James Rogers of Groves, TX and granddaughter, Chantel Piazza. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Monsignor Don Golasinski officiating. Burial will be Thursday at 3:00p.m. in New Catholic Cemetery in Abbeville, Louisiana. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. with a Vigil Service at 7:00p.m. at the funeral home.
