Beverly was my best friend in high school. She was also the maid of honor in our wedding 60 years ago. She and her husband, Jerry, lived next door to Joe's sister for over 50 years. She was a good Christian lady and will be greatly missed.

To Beverly's family and her dear friend, Harold Brown: We are so shocked and grieved, as we know all of you are. We didn't know Beverly really well, but were in her presence many times and considered her a friend. She was such a gracious person, and we appreciated her involvement in our church, in addition to her own. Unfortunately, we will be leaving town tomorrow afternoon and will be gone for three days. We regret that we will not be able to attend either the visitation or the service, but please know that our thoughts and deepest prayers are with all of you. Harold, we love you. Some times you can't help but wonder if heaven is just too full of angels .. why couldn't your loved one have stayed longer. That's when you need to take comfort in thinking about her homecoming with all HER loved ones that went home before her. If your mother, Beverly, is anything like you, Paul .. she's having a really big time right about now .. greeting and catching up!! Ya know ... IF it weren't for all those I love THIS side of heaven, I could almost envy her. I will be praying for you and yours ... and hoping your momma will run across my folks (Henry and Annie Adams) and recognize kindred spirits!! Prayers!!
