Her generous spirit was fueled by her love of giving to others. Billie wanted everyone around her to enjoy life. She was known for her style and sparkle. She had a compassionate and nurturing nature and wanted to take care of everyone who was hurt or in need. Billie's devotion to her daughters and their families was limitless. She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving, devoted husband, Murphy E. Bourgeois; her brother, Leonard L. Musgrove; and her sisters, Alberta Marie (Johnnie) Odneal and Reba Eloise (Teddy) Rader.
