Billie Faye Best, 83, of Nederland, Texas passed away June 10, 2012 at the Vidor Health and Rehab in Vidor, Texas. She was born August 6, 1928 in Manning, Texas to the late William Levy and Elizabeth Patterson Causey. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Melancon39s Funeral Home, 1605 Avenue H in Nederland. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the funeral service.Billie is preceded in death by her parents husband, Lytle C. Best daughter, Sharon McIntosh and 3 sisters, Evelyn Lacey, Joyce McMullen, and Nell Ruth Fontenot. She is survived by her 2 sons, David Best of Beaumont and Robert Best and wife, Chandra of Orange and 3 grandsons, Robert Best, Jr. of Round Rock, Christopher Best of Livingston, and James Russell of Nederland.
