Today I was informed of Billie’s passing. I visited with her about three weeks ago and she was so sweet and her spirit was high. I really got to be friends upon the passing of her sister, Martha Bailey. Billie and I became phone buddies. I loved to hear her many stories. We never had a conversation without her bringing up Billy. You could feel the love she had for her son. To her family: You lost a precious soul. I too lost a close friend whom I will miss. May God comfort you.
