Billie Faye Riley, 86, of Port Arthur, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Bonne Vie Nursing Home in Port Arthur.

Funeral Services will be held at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

Visitation will be held at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m.

Billie was born on June 9, 1936 in Port Arthur, Texas. She was the daughter of Archie B. Smith and Annie Pearl Waxley Smith. She was a loving mother, maw maw, and great grandma. She was a Retail Manager before she retired, and loved to crochet, and sew in her spare time. Billie was a life-long resident of Port Arthur.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carrol Riley; sisters, Opal Beard, Weater Jellison, and Imogene Johle; brothers, Alfred Smith, and Herbert Smith

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Riley Simpson and husband James of Groves; Cheryl Riley Gregg and husband Jimmie of League City; four grandchildren Kerri May and husband David; Kristi Dupuis and husband Dustin; Brittany Lopez and husband Armando; Brian Barnard and wife Kimberly; five great-grandchildren, Chloe Lopez, Mackenzie May, Olivia Dupuis, Owen Dupuis, Skyler May; sisters, Doris Davis of Beaumont; Linda Durdin and husband Wayne of Kirbyville; brothers, Charlie Smith and wife Elinor of Kirbyville; Doug Smith and wife Bobbie of Kirbyville.
