Billy Frank Williams, 67, of Burkeville, Texas passed away February 17, 2021. He was born in Jasper, Texas on February 14, 1954 to the late Henry Arthur Williams and Cora Ennice Colt Williams. Billy was an Operator for South Hampton Refinery. He loved fishing, hunting and four-wheeling.

Those left to cherish Billy’s memory are his daughter, Amanda Wagner and his son, Jason Williams. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
