Obituary
Blanche "Kay" Achee, 74, of Groves, Texas passed away, Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph David Achee. Survivors include her husband, Paul Achee of Groves; son, Dwayne S. Achee of Groves; sisters, Donielle Parker and April McGuire; brother, George Leatherberry; grandchildren, Eric Kent Achee and Stevie Achee. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Val Verde Baptist Church in Groves under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

Ms. Kay, I'm sorry I did not get to say goodbye. You and Bro. Paul were always like second parents to me. I will forever treasure the times we spent together,the talks we had, the meals you cooked, the beautiful ceramics you made for me. I will always hold you dear to my heart.
