Bonnie Louise Certa

Bonnie Louise Certa, 68, of Port Arthur, passed away October 16, 2015 at Mid-Jefferson Extended Care. She was born December 11, 1946 in DeRidder, LA to Wilburn Whittington and the late, Nellie Pearl Spikes.

Bonnie was a graduate of Bridge City High School and worked at Total/Fina for 30 years, as an Operator.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Certa, Sr.; father Wilburn Whittington; step-son Carl Certa, Jr. and wife, Gloria of Groves, TX. Three grandchildren. Special friends, Lisa and Joyce.

A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, October 19, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home with a graveside service to be held at 3:30 p.m at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
