Bonnie Mae Trahan, 89, of Nederland, Texas passed away August 7, 2018. She was born in Port Arthur, Texas on December 4, 1928 to the late Barney Licatina and Lena Colichia Licatina.

Those left to cherish Bonnie’s memory are her daughters, Debbie Reed of Nederland and Jodi Orta and her husband, Manuel of Groves; her grandchildren, Ronald Beach, Kimberly Marosis and her husband, Chip, Justin Orta, Jacob Orta, Haeli Flores, Jordan Orta, Jillian Flores, and Chloe Flores; and her great-grandchildren, Zoe Marosis, Ellie Marosis, Camden Orta, Caesyn Orta, and Jaydan Orta. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harvey Roberts Trahan; and her sisters, Marie Lene and Frances Sharp.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.
