Brandon Cody Bauhan, 35, of Nederland, Texas passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. Brandon was born September 6, 1985, in Port Arthur, Texas to Eugene Bauhan, Jr. and Melinda Kay Kimmey.
Brandon managed the Target at the Mid-County location for 2 years. He had a passion for music and was the lead singer in his band called, Any Means Necessary. Brandon loved his family and was a wonderful father. He enjoyed watching UFC, WWE and movies. Brandon was a fanatic about collecting shoes and movies.
Brandon is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Bauhan, Jr.; Horrace T. Kimmey; and uncle, James F. Kimmey.
Those left behind to cherish Brandon’s memory are his loving wife, Morgan Bauhan and their daughter, River E. Bauhan of Nederland, TX; children, Roman V. Bauhan and Lillian J. Bauhan; mother, Melinda Kay Miller and her husband, Effrain; siblings, Abby Miller and Joey Rizzo; grandmother, Marilyn Sue Kimmey; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gary and Lisa McClain; brothers-in-law, Jacob McClain and Joseph McClain; and sister-in-law, Alivia McClain.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Melancon’s Funeral Home. Funeral services for Brandon will begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Melancon’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.
