Brant Lindsey Bares, 34, of Port Neches, TX passed away on January 22, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. He was born May 9, 1981, in Nederland, TX to Thomas Ovide Bares, Jr. and Mary Kathryn Alexander.

Brant is survived by his mother, Mary Dauphine and husband, Larry of Port Neches; father, Tom Bares of Nederland; brother, Rusty McEacharn and wife, Tricia of Kingwood.

A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 5 to 7 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland. Funeral Service will be 10 a.m., Monday, January 25, 2016 at the funeral home.
