Brian Keith Abshire, 47, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas on Thursday, August 19, 2021.

He was born in Orange, Texas on November 1, 1973 to Wilford Darrell Abshire and Frances Nolan Abshire.

Brian was a lifelong area resident, a member of St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church and a member of Vidor Masonic Lodge #1286.

He was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Abshire and step-father, Howard Thomas.

Brian is survived by his mother, Frances Thomas of Elizabeth, Louisiana; daughter, Jordan Abshire of Vidor; sons, Ashton Abshire of Orange and Cody Abshire and wife Stephanie of Alabama; sister, Darlene Quirk and husband Greg of Elizabeth, Louisiana; brother, Darrell Abshire and wife Lorie of Orange; grandchildren, Delilah Abshire, Westlynn Fee, Nate Abshire, Whitlynn Smith and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
