Brian Charles Tolley, 56, of Nederland, TX, passed away May 9, 2016. He was born October 22, 1959, in Port Arthur, TX to Charles Tolley and Cleo Wanita Strickland Tolley.

In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his daughter, Andria Mills; granddaughters Joanna Bowen and Avery Bowen.

A gathering of family and friends will be Friday, May 13, 2016 from 10 to 11 a.m. with the funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home, Kicker McWilliams officiating.

Sorry I cannot be there to let Brian's family know how special he was to all of us in Ned & Company. We were together all through high school singing and dancing and having a wonderful time. He was a joy. Funny, happy, and kept us smiling. We lost touch after school (as many do) but know that he was the source of many happy days and memories. My deepest sympathy for your loss.
