Bula Claire Fiscus Kinsey, 90, of Port Arthur, passed away May 19, 2016. She was born December 29, 1925, in Mountainburg, AR, to the late Irving Henry Claire and Doris Kenworthy.

Bula is survived by her sons, William Fiscus and wife, Linda of San Diego, CA, Robert Wayne Kinsey and wife, Nelda of Richmond, TX; daughter, Kathy Humphries and husband, Gary of Beaumont, TX; brother, Michael Baxter of Henderson, NV; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. In addition to her parents, Irving Henry Claire and Doris Kenworthy, Bula is preceded in death by her husband, George W. Kinsey, Jr.; son, Charles Allen Fiscus and brother, Kenneth Baxter.

A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home with interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.
