Carl James Bihm

Carl James Bihm, 63, of Nederland, Texas passed away November 5, 2018. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on November 24, 1954 to Joseph Leroy Bihm and Pearl Daigle Bihm. Carl was an autobody mechanic and an avid hunter and fisherman. Carl was also a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Dominican Laity, and St. Charles Acts Community. He was also a member of the Nederland Knights of Columbus.

Those left to cherish Carl’s memory are his mother, Pearl Bihm of Port Arthur; his brothers, Alan Bihm and his wife, Donna of Nederland and Blake Bihm and his wife, Renee of Gonzales, LA; his children, Nathan Bihm and his wife, Fei of Seattle, WA and Khristina Stelly and her husband, Jacob of Houston; his grandchildren, Addyson and Harrison Stelly of Houston; also several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Jospeh Leroy Bihm and his brother, Dannie Bihm.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 6:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland with interment to follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County Cemetery in Nederland.
