Carl Lynch, 78, of Port Arthur, passed away January 5, 2018 at the Senior Rehab of Port Arthur. He was born January 31, 1939 in McGregor, Texas to the late Maurice and Dora French Lynch. He was a construction worker and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches.
Carl is survived by his daughters, Linda Harbert of Beaumont and Carla Bloodworth of Lumberton; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his sister, Peggy Fontenot and her husband, Delwood of Nederland; his brothers, Billy Lynch of Groves, Donald Lynch and his wife, Lana of Port Acres, Morris Lynch and his wife, Patsy of Nederland, and Jack Lynch and his wife, Janice of Port Neches; mother of his children, Lois Lynch. He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Lana Lynch; his son, Charles Wayne Lynch; his brother, Douglas Lynch; and his sisters, Kay Maxwell and Deborah “Debbie” Lynch.
A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland with interment at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
