Carolyn "Kitty" Mills

Carolyn C. "Kitty" Savoie Mills Carolyn C. "Kitty" Savoie Mills, 81, of Lumberton, Texas passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. She was born on July 11, 1932 in Peason, Louisiana to Emmett and Gladys Duplissey Mills. Kitty was retired as a realtor from Beaumont Real Estate. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Mildred Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be prior to the service on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Kitty was preceded in death by her son, Randy Savoie, daughter, Cathrue Benoit, and sister, Gloria Ferguson. She is survived by Nathan Savoie, Sr. and their two sons, Nathan Savoie, Jr. of Houston, TX., and Max Savoie of Lumberton, TX., sister, Dorothy Soileau and husband, Johnny of Groves, TX., six grandchildren, Dana Robinson and husband, Matt, Michelle Savoie, Brandon Savoie, Heather Miller and husband, Gene, Jonathan Savoie, and Chase Savoie, three great grandchildren, Hunter Robinson, Tyler Miller and Alexandria Miller.
