Cecil Warren Vincent

Cecil Warren Vincent, 88, of Groves, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at his residence in Groves.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Officiating will be Reverend Steven Diaz. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

Cecil was born September 14, 1935, in Pecan Island, Louisiana, to Pervis and Alida Vincent.  

He is preceded in death by his brother, Basil Vincent; and three sisters, Rita Broussard, Geneva Hartman, and Gertrude Vaughn.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-seven years, Shirley Vincent of Groves, TX; one daughter, Belinda Vincent Breaux and husband Randy of Anchorage, Alaska; sons, Warren Dale Vincent and friend Grace Townsend of Bridge City, TX; and James Earl Vincent and wife Connie of Spring, TX; three grandchildren, Nathaniel Vincent Breaux, Miranda Breaux Jones and husband Trevor, and Amanda Vincent Webb and husband Collin; three great-grandchildren, Shelby Mae Jones, Dawson Verrell Jones, and Izabella Solina Breaux; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  

Serving as pallbearers include James Vincent, Randy Breaux, Nathaniel Breaux, Warren Vincent, Collin Webb, and Todd Gaspard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First United Methodist Church of Groves.
