Charles Edward Bailey, 85, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

A graveside service will be begin at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.

Born in Sweetwater, Texas on August 18, 1936 he was the son of George W. Bailey and Lois V. Childress Bailey. Charles lived in the area for sixty-six years where he worked as an Instrument Tech at Texaco.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years, Libby Ann Bailey and his grandson, Jonathan Bailey.

Charles is survived by his daughter, Kay Gresham and husband Dan of Beaumont; son, Kent Bailey and wife Myrtis of Port Neches; brother, Wesley Don Bailey and wife Jo of Fannett; four grandchildren, Ashley Henslee, Dani Kay Forse and husband Brandon, Zach Gresham and Ethan Bailey and ten great-grandchildren.
