I worked with Charlie at Texaco/Star Enterprise. I saw him almost every day, and he always had a joke or a funny story to tell. I couldn’t help but feel good when he was around. He was a very happy and cordial man. You will be missed. Save a place for me, Charlie! Love, Vickie Rabalais
