Charles "Buddy" Carroll, 95, of Port Neches passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 in Indian Harbor Beach, Florida. He was born on September 17, 1922 in Port Neches, Texas and was a lifelong resident before moving to Florida 3 years ago to be near his daughter. Charles was a United States Marine veteran, serving his country as a pilot during World War II. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Port Neches and was an avid golfer. Charles retired from Texaco Refinery as a shipping clerk after many years of service. A Military graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home. Charles is survived by his wife of 71 years, Joyce Carroll, daughter, Lisa Miller and husband, J.A. of Cocoa Beach, FL, daughter in law, Cat Carroll of Beaumont, TX, and three grandchildren, Heather Miller of Houston, TX, Jade Miller of Miami, FL and Austin Miller of Boca Raton, FL.
