Charles Lee Riley, 76, of Groves, Texas passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Magnolia Manor in Groves, Texas Charles was born February 28, 1943 in Ocala, Florida to William Lee Riley and Ada C. Pruitt Riley. He was a resident of this area for 60 plus years and a member of the Baptist faith. Charles was a retired Teacher/Educator with 42 years of service, 30 years of that service with the PN-G ISD. He taught at Woodlawn Jr. High, was a Special Education Counselor, and the Principal for 17 years at Port Neches Elementary as well as many other districts. He liked to travel, videography, fishing, camping, snow skiing, raising Boston Terriers, and teaching. He loved his children. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, April 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches. Surviving relatives include his daughter, Michelle Hernandez and husband Derrek of Nederland, Texas; sons, Sean Riley and wife Bethany of Port Neches, Texas, Daniel Riley of Groves, Texas; sister, Connie Logan and husband Dan of Porter, Texas; brother, Allen Riley and wife Kim of Kingwood, Texas; grandchildren, Annah Riley, Oliver Riley, Asher Riley, Gabriel Hernandez, and Lylah Hernandez.
