Charlieen Tilley Roy Friedl, 91, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Charlieen was born October 6, 1921 in Fenton, Louisiana to Benjamin Tilley and Winnie Daniel Tilley. She was a homemaker and resident of Port Arthur for 70 years. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, two brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her two daughters, Patricia Roy Bailey and husband, Sam of Port Arthur, Natalie Roy Hebert and husband, Raymond J. of Kirbyville; son, Ronnie R. Roy and Mona of Bridge City; sister, Marjorie Hagen of Warren; brother, Jimmy Tilley of Sulphur, LA; four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 30, 2012 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Jeff Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
