Charlotte and I worked together at the probation office for over 20 years and we shared some really good times & laughs together. I considered her my friend and I’m sorry to hear of her passing. My sincere condolences to her family

I hated to hear of Charlotte's passing. She worked with us at probation for many years, always giving her best and always with a hearty laugh and a big smile. She was a true credit to our profession. Having known her is a true blessing.

Charlotte was a friend and neighbor from many many years back. We, along with Shirley Graham and Cherlyn Weatherly, had such good times together during our younger years roaming our neighborhood. Great times. My sympathy to the entire family. Rest in peace, my friend....Elizabeth Roberts Murphy

Charlotte was a neighbor of mine growing up and we had so much fun together doing things that we should not have even thought of doing. Many laughs over the years. Rest In Peace dear Charlotte, Cherlyn Weatherly Benoit
