Charmian F. Flanagan, 84, of Nederland, passed away September 4, 2014. She was born June 18, 1930 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late Donald Lyons Burns and Idella Harris Burns.

Charmian was a member of First Baptist Church of Nederland.

She is survived by daughter, Patti Elyn Flanagan of Tulsa, OK; son, Earnest Lee Flanagan of Nederland; brothers, Donald Burns of Houston; Timothy Burns of Duncan, OK. Many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Lee Flanagan.

A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 4-6 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 8, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. First Baptist Church of Nederland, with Brother Jason Burden officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
